Corny Blog: A City Girl and Sustainable Food in the Cornhusker State
You may remember Amy Radding’s posts on gelato, tomatoes, and life in the kitchen of the Rome Sustainable Food Project, which appeared on this blog over the summer. Now she’s graduated and gone to Nebraska to work with AmeriCorps and the Center for Rural Affairs on creating community gardens, farmers’ markets, farm to school programs and projects that will support beginning farmers. She’ll be blogging about the experience on Corny Blog— make sure to check it out!
